Automatic refunds
If our checks cannot reach your site (it is down, the address does not exist, or a security filter turns our requests away after three attempts), the order is refunded automatically. You do not have to ask, and there is no queue. The refund is issued by the same process that ran the examination, and an email explains what happened.
Refunds return to the card used to pay. Depending on your bank they appear within five to ten working days.
If the report is wrong
Every finding carries the raw evidence behind it, so a mistake is checkable rather than arguable. If a finding is factually wrong about your site, reply to the report email with the finding and we will either correct the check or refund you in full. That is a human reading an email, and it is the only part of this product that is.
If you changed your mind
The report is delivered within minutes of purchase, so there is rarely a window in which you have paid and not yet received it. If you buy one and it has not run yet, reply to your Stripe receipt and we will cancel and refund it. Once the report has been delivered it has been supplied in full, and the statutory cooling-off period for digital content supplied immediately no longer applies. These are the same terms you agree to at checkout.
Who we are
Wellkept is operated by Consistent Publishing (CRO 742884), registered in Ireland. VAT on digital services is charged where applicable and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
